Compatibility Specification

Round-wire limit: 30 mm OD.
This profile should not be used to compress flat network cable.

Structural Characteristics

Two fixing points spread the load and reduce twisting or lifting under vibration and wind. Use additional support at changes of direction rather than bending the cable sharply to make it reach the next fixing point.

Applicable Scenarios

Exterior PV wiring, inverter cable and other runs exposed to pulling, vibration or wind movement. Installation of Double hole wire clip should leave the cable supported but free from sharp bends at corners, boxes and termination points.

Installation Instructions

Q1: Do two-hole cable clips, which require two nails, make installation more troublesome?

A1: Installation takes one additional fixing point, but the clip is more stable on larger cable or exposed surfaces. Use it where reduced rework matters more than the small increase in labor.

Q2: How do I choose between a double-hole wire clip and a single-nail, single-hole wire clip?

A2: Choose the single-nail, single-hole version for thin wires and vibration-free indoor environments, as it is more cost-effective. Opt for the double-hole wire clip for thick cables, outdoor use, areas subject to vibration or external wall mounting, and situations involving long-term tension, as it offers superior fixing stability.
