Raw Material Preparation: White thermoplastic resin (typically Nylon PA6/PA66, PE, or PVC) is selected as the base material; titanium dioxide (for coloring), stabilizers, and lubricants are added and precisely mixed according to the formula.

Plasticization and Extrusion: The mixture is fed into a single- or twin-screw extruder and heated in stages until molten (approx. 240–260°C for Nylon; 160–190°C for PE); the screw forces the material through a specialized "fishbone" or barbed die head to form the shape.

Cooling and Shaping: Upon exiting the die, the melt immediately enters a vacuum calibrator or water spray cooling tank to solidify rapidly, ensuring the integrity of the tube body and the precision of the barb structure.

Haul-off and Cutting: A synchronous haul-off unit controls wall thickness uniformity, and the product is automatically cut to standard lengths (e.g., 30–60 mm); some processes require secondary punching to create an open structure.

Quality Inspection and Packaging: Dimensions, tensile strength, and expansion performance are tested; qualified products are automatically counted and packaged.
